The Patient Representative Group has been functioning since 2009.

Since this date, regular meetings have been held and all meetings have been well attended and minuted.

We require members from the following categories:

• Retired person
• Parent of younger children
• Person who’s first language was not English
• Person in full time/part time employment

If you feel you would be able to attend quarterly meetings and wish to be considered for this group, please complete the Patient Participation Group Registration form to register.

In order to be effective, there is a restriction on numbers.
