Ordering Repeat Prescriptions
You can order a repeat prescription in the following ways:
We are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please visit our Prescriptions and Medicines Centre where you can complete a Prescription Synchronisation form. If you have been asked to complete a medication review online, please complete our Medication Review form.
View the cost of prescriptions on the NHS website
You can also find out if you are entitled to free prescriptions.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is a NHS service that allows us to send your prescription(s) directly to your chosen pharmacy. This paper-free prescription service means that you do not have to come into the surgery to collect your prescription. We encourage all patients to register for this free service. You can register for electronic prescribing by completing our online EPS registration form.
With the EPS, you can arrange for your prescription to be collected by Patsons or Nima chemists in Stoneleigh Broadway.
